- NWNaomi WinstonSep 30, 20265.0I arrived 20 minutes early to my appointment to browse frames and the staff was welcoming, answered all of my questions and when the Dr I scheduled with realized she was running behind by 5 minutes (this is before my appointment time) staff apologized for any inconvenience and gave me the option to see another Dr. without any delays. I accepted and Dr. Lui was amazing! The assistant(I cannot remember her name) was very personable, positive and patiently explained what was taking place with the machines, etc. Ty at the front desk patiently popped the tinted glasses out of each frame I wanted to try on. He explained the warranty, costs and timeline to me, answered all of my questions and was positive the entire time. I highly recommend the 3 of them at this location.
