- JWJoanne WeissJul 18, 20263.0Eye “exam” (hardly) was 10 minutes max. Not thorough at all. They get you in and out very quickly, every year, the time spent on an “exam” is lower and lower. Will not be going back. Then I wanted to update the lens on three pairs of glasses, and for one of the pairs, the manager said that the nose bridge looked “weak” so if they tried to replace the frames and they broke, they wouldn’t he responsible. “Did I want to do that?” Who would risk breaking a frame? The question made no sense. Then I asked the service person to check the prescription on all 3 frames to see which needed the most adjustment and he “checked” in his machine and they were all the same. That couldn’t possibly be true as I do not update the lens every year. So he never checked anything. Will be looking for a more thorough eye care establishment going forward.
