I needed to get a new pair since I am not a fan of what I am using now and the staff there made the process so easy. The location was very clean, the music was great, and the vibe was awesome. The vision exam was quick and easy. As for finding frames, it wasn't too bad given that I have a wide head. There was a slight speed bump when there was a confusion with insurance coverage. But that was fixed quickly! I would come back again next year!

She explained everything clearly and made the eye exam a great experience. I would absolutely recommend her. Unfortunately, the retail experience was disappointing. There were two male associates working, one named Andrew. My complaint is not about Andrew, but the other gentleman whose name I did not get. While he initially appeared helpful, he quickly became rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When I asked for my PD measurement, he refused to provide it unless I purchased glasses from him, which only reinforced my decision not to purchase there. The woman who ultimately checked me out was very nice and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Rana, but I would purchase glasses elsewhere—including online, where you can find a wider selection, better deals, and avoid dealing with rude salespeople.

No notification that they were ready to pick up was provided. Customer service is poor. Once I pick up the glasses I will never return to this location. My first experience at Lens Crafters has left a bad taste in my mouth.
