The staff and instructors are friendly, encouraging, and make an effort to help everyone feel comfortable and included. A special shoutout to Lauren, who is hands down the best instructor. Her energy, encouragement, and ability to motivate the entire room make every class both challenging and fun. I always leave feeling stronger and more inspired. Highly recommend!
