  Despite the positive reviews for the practice, this was the worst experience I've had at a dentist in my life. I should preface by saying that every team member I encountered was kind, friendly and apologetic when issues occurred. So props to them on that front. The problems started when I was in the exam room. The dental assistant began prepping for xrays, and I immediately sensed that she was flustered and not sure how to properly set up the instrument. What should have been less than 10 xrays (and no panorex offered which seemed odd given my dental history) turned into 20+, accounting for her redoing scans herself that weren't usable, and then having another more experienced team member come in and repeat those once again. Probably maxed out my head exposure to radiation for the year. They acknowledged it was a flawed experience which I do appreciate. The dentist was friendly and thorough in terms of walking through the suggested treatment plan. That said, the exam and cleaning provided by her seemed rushed and far less thorough then any other cleaning I've had in the recent past. To top things off, they performed an intraoral scan to fit me for retainers. I've had these before and the process should be straightforward. Instead, I sat with my mouth open for 20 minutes while the two assistants AND the doctor couldn't complete the capture. And finally, I was quoted nearly $6k for what was supposed to be a limited treatment with invisalign. Even by NYC standards, it felt excessive. Overall, a friendly team but no way I would return given the poor experience on the dental evaluation itself.

  My dentist Mr Lee is the best. He’s kind & communicates well. He provides good clinical and skilled care. His work & talent on how he treats his patients is immaculate. The staff members are a huge plus to the office environment. They are the greatest, thank you all for your kindness.

  Dr. Spindel is really good young Doctor, he is really fast and talented, nice and warm, my visit with him for a bridge was fantastic 5 Stars, the bridge is perfect feet like glove!

  Genuinely best dentist appt ever! Firstly, extremely clean, and professional. They’re so kind and really make sure you’re coping the whole way through the appt. Definitely going to be recommending to everyone. Dr Spindel and Aliaksei knows what they’re doing and the rest of the team!
