  I went to see Dr David Naparstek to update my contact lenses and now I can see better than I have been able to see for years, with the correct strength to achieve the best of both long and close distances (monovision). I also now have glasses for reading and extra distances when I'm wearing my contact lenses but I don't think I'll be needing them very often at all. I'm so happy I chose Dr Naparstek. The ladies on the desk are great as well, very helpful and they have excellent taste when it comes to which glasses suit!

  Horrible service, EXTREMELY slow to respond to patients, when trying to schedule and appointment, was told i'd need to wait 7 weeks before an appointment was available. Staff were rude and a unaccommodating. I'd think twice before turning to them as a trusted doctor.

  I’ve been coming here for twenty years. They are professional, courteous, and never late for your appointment time. Dr. Naparstek is an expert — calm, clear and exceptional. I have recommended them to many people over the years and will continue to do so.

  Margie in reception is the RUDEST person I've ever encountered in my life. She gave me a terrible attitude and hung up on me twice simply because I was asking questions that I had every right to ask. When I called back after the first time, her "greeting" to me was "EXCUSE ME I didn't hang up on you." It's mind blowing that you'd put such a nasty, miserable person at the face of your brand and business. Pro tip: you're probably losing patients because of her poor attitude and behavior. You're in NYC - there are literally hundreds of other options for patients. Service matters.
