  I had a pleasurable experience on Wednesday, August 19, 2026. My nephrologist at the Dialysis Center informed me on Tuesday, August 18th that I needed my catheter replaced as my dialysis treatments weren’t registering fully and this made the machine repeatedly alarm. Everyone at American Access is very sweet. I was made extremely comfortable with heated blankets, padded bed & enough pain numbing medication. I arrived at 7 am. After recovery I was released by 9 am. I went to work. Although I was sore the pain was tolerable. I was given a turkey sandwich & cranberry juice. The food was good. Surgery went quickly and without complications. Hands down, I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have this done. Tell them Nikki Wheeler sent you!

  Procedure went smooth, everyone was extremely nice. They explained everything to me before we started. Wonderful staff and amazing doctor.

  Great doctors & Nurses I just got a graph placed Dr Mark Song was amazing and keeping me calm recommended place for dialysis patients

  My experience at the American Access Care was a very pleasant one. Starting from the head receptionist to the nurses and doctor. Everyone was very pleasant and. they made you feel comfortable and very reassuring . My procedure was very smoothas they explained everything along the way. I was very very comfortable with the process. When everything was concluded I felt great. The entire staff was very professional . Thank you all for a great experience.
