- 6B613 BuyAug 30, 20181.0I just had a horrific experience with them. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for a very long time. I recently purchased two additional pairs of glasses (cost around $1,500). They messed up on my prescription on both pairs (right eye only). I called to complain and after first reassuring me that they filled the prescription correctly, they told me to send them back. I sent them back and waited another week until i received the glasses back. Miraculously they managed to fix one pair, but the other pair was still unchanged. This is horrific quality control on their end. When I called to complain they said that they did indeed fix it but send it back again and they will look at it. I sent it back and they finally sent me the pair corrected. I asked for a discount for my troubles (I was looking for $50 to $100's off) and they said they can't do that. I had to send my glasses back two times and they messed up on one pair one time and another pair twice, yet they refuse to compensate me even a little bit. I will not Spruchase from them again as they do not stand behind their product or their customers. Buyer beware, if they mess up they will not do what it takes to make the customer feel as if they truly care.
