I wasn’t even 20 years old yet and had no idea who the designer was—I just knew that those blue frames with gold specks were the most incredible glasses I had ever seen, and I spent every cent I had to own them. Decades later, when walking up Madison Ave, I squealed with delight to see that amongst the glorious sea of red frames, there was this stunning, darker blue pair—a more mature and sophisticated take on my original frames. It’s obvious his iconic vision has only gotten better with time. For anyone who views eyewear as true art, it is a joy to celebrate that the creative force behind this brand is back.❤️
