- ASAllen SOct 8, 20261.0I would never go back to AirSculpt. My interaction with Lindsey Brown was incredibly upsetting. I found her rude, nasty, cold, and completely lacking in basic empathy or consideration. She honestly came across like a snake, smiling one second while making you feel completely insignificant the next. I left feeling humiliated, hurt, and shaken by the whole experience. The way she treated me felt like she had absolutely no regard for how her words or attitude affected another person. Nastiness is contagious, especially when it comes from management. There are plenty of other places where people will actually treat you with kindness and respect. I would stay away.

I ended up not being a candidate but the service and experience made the trip I made worth while. Allie at the front desk is very sweet and attentive and made me some tea since I was cold. I really recommend this place!

I met Crystal upstairs at the front desk and she was so patient with me and answered all my questions. The nurses were great too and helped make my experience so much more enjoyable.

Everything is very clean and the actual facility is gorgeous! Alli at the front desk is the kindest and sweetest. I was waiting for a bit since I got there early and she spoke with me and reassured me that my friend was okay while I was waiting since I was getting kind of nervous! She said everything would be okay and it was! Seriously the sweetest and she gave me cold water while I waited as well as went back multiple times to check when I asked her. Seriously the most attentive and kind staff here. It really meant a lot to me since I was having a bad day as is, she really did turn my day around💕
