I recently had Airscuplt with skin tightening done on my full abdomen and flanks performed by Dr LoTempio. My first point of contact was the consultant, Alex. She was wonderful and explained all the options available, the procedure and post op process. I booked with her on the first call. I felt comfortable and like I was in good hands with the team. I met with Dr LoTempio and the nurse, Marilyn on the day of my surgery. Both were calming and explained everything to me. I was very nervous as this was my first cosmetic procedure. Everyone was great! Nurse Angie who saw me at my follow up appointments was also amazing and super knowledgeable about procedures and follow up care. The front office staff is very kind and welcoming too. Overall, great experience and I would highly recommend Dr LoTempio and AirScuplt NYC!

Dr. C was available, communication was smooth, and I felt confident. Surgery day also went fine. But that’s where the good experience ended. At my 1-month post-op, I noticed a dent/indentation that didn’t look right. I brought it up, and the office manager basically brushed it off, saying it was “too early” and I was still healing. Fine—I gave it time. By my 3-month mark, I tried to schedule a follow-up, but suddenly Dr. C was “too busy” to accommodate my schedule. Then out of nowhere, the office contacted me at 6 months saying she was available. At that visit, I clearly expressed that I was unhappy with my stomach, my BBL indentation, and my chin results. Instead of taking accountability or offering a solution, I was told they could fix it—but it would cost extra, and they’d email me a quote. Let me get this straight: I paid $30,000, I’m unhappy with the results, and instead of correcting the work, I’m expected to pay MORE? That’s unacceptable. There was no sense of responsibility, no real concern—just another sales pitch. It felt like once they got paid, the level of care and support completely changed. Do your research and take the negative reviews seriously. I didn’t—and now I’m stuck dealing with results I’m not happy with unless I pay even more money. Stay away from Dr. C she has multiple bad reviews.
