  Warby Parker is really a choice for people who struggle with classic glasses shops. The entire process can get a head start online, to the point where you come in and are almost always directly led to the optometrist. My appointment started as soon as I arrived despite me being 5 minutes late, the equipment is what i assume to be up to date as I had never even seen half of the tools they used. The doctor, Christienne Aure, was very knowledgeable and helpful, answering my random questions and offering me answers before I could even ask them! The entire process from testing to buying happened in less than thirty minutes. Even still, my glasses showed up in two days flat. The prices aren't even crazy, as they include anti glare lenses no matter what (used to an at least 75 dollar upcharge for that). I genuinely would only shop here even if I lost insurance coverage.

  I had such a great experience at this Warby Parker location! The store itself is beautiful, bright, and welcoming. I came in shortly after they opened for the day, so it was nice and quiet, and I was able to take my time looking around. They have a great selection of stylish frames at very reasonable prices. What really made my visit exceptional, though, was the sales associate who helped me. He truly went above and beyond — he was incredibly patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He took the time to help me find the right glasses, never made me feel rushed, and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but I really hope he gets recognition for the outstanding service. Everyone else I interacted with was also very friendly and welcoming. I left extremely happy with my purchase and the entire experience. I’ll definitely be coming back! ❤️

  Heard Warby Parker will start selling those privacy invasion glasses. Will never buy from them again when they do start selling them and will never recommend buying from them to anyone looking for glasses.

  The staff here is so great!! Came in today to have two sunglasses fixed. From the second I walked in, I was greeted and put into queue. Very straight forward. Then the technologist fixed both of my pairs in under ten minutes. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I’ll come to this location from now on!!

  When I walked in no one greeted me or asked me if I needed anything. I thought maybe they were all busy and walked around even though I was ready to place an order. Nope, 10 seconds later an older white lady walked in and was immediately approached. I went up to the staff (who were talking to each other) and asked to place an order for my partner. I knew the prescription but they said we can't place the order unless you have the pd. What makes you think I dont have the pd? If I'm here to buy glasses of course I have the pd. I asked if they could raise the OC height by 2 millimeters, a direct recommendation by the optometrist, and they said it was illegal to do that unless the wearer was in. It might be against their policy but not illegal. He reiterated that it was illegal and acted like I was asking him to commit a crime. Overall the service was very dry and curt. I left without making a purchase and with a bad taste in my mouth. It was a male associate, I believe he might've had a birthmark on his face.
