I had one arm of my glasses hanging by a thread and she said give me a few minutes and she went straight to work saving the day. We’re from out of town without any back up glasses. 14/10 she had me back up and running in no time. Are there other great people at Warby Parker throughout the city? Probably but Yasmin at this location is heads above the rest!

- LPLee PenmanJul 28, 20265.0I had to put this review on high priority today and here is why... yesterday I had the worst experience ever at an eyeglass store in Jersey City (Cohen's Optical on Kennedy Blvd). I will document that ordeal at another time. I was given the Warby Parker name by a friend of mine after being told my glasses would cost $1000 at that other place:) I have never had a professional eye exam or entered an eyeglass store before and I guess they knew it. However, today on entering Warby Parker it was like a breath of fresh air! I relayed my experience at the other store and was passed on to Yasmin who introduced me to the process and assisted me in selecting frames that suited me. The whole visit took less than 15 mins and I left in the knowledge that a pair of glasses (My first outside the realm of OTC 'cheaters') would be shipped to my home in about 7 to 10 days. When I was told the price I did an immediate double take as it was less than a quarter of the price I was asked to pay at Cohens for a pair of glasses and they were more tailored to my needs - even with a blue filter for my computer work. After leaving I wondered if I should have ordered a pair for distance too - just in case - but I am sure I will return here if even just for an extra pair. No more cheaters for me it's Warby all the way. And as for Cohens? NEVER AGAIN!
