She was kind, attentive and very helpful and I left the store with confidence about what I was going to order. Whenever I go to Warby Parker, customer service is never an issue, but Olivia was exceptionally intentional and authentic and I HAD to shout her out! I promised her I would come back to the store to show her my frames and I am going to make good on that promise! Narrowing down my choices was a lot more fun with her and I cannot wait to get my new frames!

I believe WP pricing is a little high for lenses compared to online shopping ... their frames to me are comparative in quality to online. The difference is seeing / feeling exactly how they'll fit on your face. WP offers different size widths of the same frame which gives them an advantage so as a consumer this makes an difference... The beauty of being taken care of in person is priceless! As long as their Associates continue to provide EXCELLENT Service it's worth it! I've visited several of their locations and I must say each have been AHMAZING in service! Looking forward to receiving my glasses!
