  Beatrice was a genuine life saver. Informed me that my frame was discontinued, yet did her absolute best to salvage my current pair for me. Went ahead and booked a follow up appointment to look into contacts with her to save the future inconvenience. Super warm and attentive staff.

  I went here today to see if they might be able to help me replace the nose pads on a pair of glasses that I wear regularly. One had broken off, and it needed replacement. I tried doing the task at home, but due to carpal tunnel and arthritis affecting my hands and fingers, I was unable to repair my glasses on my own. I knew I would be in the area today, so I made a plan to try going to Warby Parker’s to see if they could assist. When I entered the store I was greeted by a sales associate, they took my name and said there were a couple customers ahead of me but I should be seen in about 10-15 minutes. I took a seat and waited for my name to be called about 10 minutes later. Once called, I went up to the sales associate Beatrice (or “Beatriz”? I’m not sure on the spelling of her name). She was very kind and so helpful! She ended up replacing both nose pads on my glasses, and didn’t even charge me. She amazed me with how easy she made the repair look! In general it should be an easy task, but she confirmed that the standard screws would never fit the replacement nose pads I had (from a DIY kit). I’m thankful I went to Warby Parker for help. They have some really nice frames for those looking to find a great pair of glasses. I highly recommend the store and their associates, especially Beatrice, for getting help with your optical lenses & frames! Five stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  I had an excellent experience at this Warby Parker location thanks to Rowena. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. She helped resolve an issue I was having with my lenses and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. She also helped my mom during her visit and showed the same level of professionalism, care, and genuine kindness. It’s refreshing to receive customer service from someone who truly listens and wants to make sure you’re happy with the outcome. Because of Rowena, I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to my family and friends. She truly made the entire experience exceptional!

  I was truly blown away from how wonderful of an experience I had at this store. I needed a yearly eye- exam and also wanted to try out contacts and was able to get a same day appt. Starting with Dr. Mekawy- who was so incredibly warm and knowledgable. She had fantastic energy, was extremely supportive and also educated me about a lot in the process. After getting my exam, Frankie sat with me and gave the lesson on inserting and removing contacts. He was so incredibly patient and kind throughout the process which can be very frustrating. The lesson took a bit of time and Frankie remained so positive and encouraging throughout it. It was so clear both him and Dr. Mekawy are wonderful at their jobs and deserve the recognition. I will be back yearly- highly recommend!
