- MDMyra Dumbrosky1 day ago1.0Good customer service at the store, unlike the actual corporation, which doesn't do dilation and instead does a bait and switch price for a checkup. advertises $95 without telling you that it doesn't corner a FULL exam and then charges $134 for the actual exam. SLEAZY. And THEN doesn't send you either your receipt or prescription putting in a usable form. Also all the retail stores have a different phone number so you think you're actually reaching the store, but instead get routed to someone in the Philippines whose English CAN'T BE UNDERSTOOD. Typical corporate sleaze.

I wish I caught the name of the person who fixed it but I dropped by in the morning on October 5th! Would recommend this place!

The vast selection gives you a breadth of styles to explore, If you’re a fan of their designs there’s a lot to enjoy in that respect. The sales floor is pristine, the lighting is natural and the vibes are immaculate. I’ve been there 5 times before and it remains consistent. I don’t usually write reviews for stuff, but I felt compelled to do so. The service I received today, just like every other time I’ve been there was extraordinary.

What surprised us most was how wonderfully they took care of our children while we were choosing the glasses. And at the end, the kids even got lollipops and stickers. This level of service would be almost unimaginable in Switzerland. Thank you so much. We’ll definitely be back!
