I stopped by Warby Parker to have a prescription I got elsewhere checked. Migdalia took the time to go through everything thoroughly, and she was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. So much so that I might go back and get another set of frames I don't even need.

Turned away because I was 9 min late. There were three people standing at the desk and zero other people in the shop. I understand I was late but adhering to a policy simply because it’s the rules and being inflexible is not good customer service. Literally thousands of other places to go in NYC, I guess they don’t need my business.

Customer services is great. The frame of my glasses was damaged and Mervin fixed it for me. Thank you. Also they have very beautiful and elegant frames. My next pair of glasses I will get it from this store.
