  The new Hudson Square Warby Parker location has been such a huge addition to the neighborhood. Magdalia and her team have been incredibly helpful for me in getting new glasses, not settling until they are perfect and helping adjust and change free of charge. Would 10/10 recommend if looking to buy a new pair of glasses! I've tried switching to other brands but keep coming back to Warby Parker because of their awesome customer service.

  Lovely people! So helpful, super nice and knowledgeable! Go to the Hudson Square location! Great glasses in addition to talented staff. I highly recommend and will be back!

  I had a great experience at the Warby Parker Hudson Square location. Migdalia provided exceptional service while adjusting my glasses. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure the fit was perfect. The adjustment was quick, and my glasses feel much more comfortable now. Excellent customer service—I highly recommend asking for Migdalia if you need any eyewear adjustments.
