- APAlex Purifoy2 days ago5.0Glasses? Sure, probably the most difficult thing to shop for. I've taken less time deciding on tattoos than the temporary glass and plastic that sits on my face. The amount of glasses on the wall was intimidating, this was my Everest, they seemed to stretch for miles but I was there to be brave, look deep in my heart and walk away with not only the ability to not only see the peak, but to say I've concurred it. Someone wiser than me said "Nothing great is easy, " and someone wiser than them said "if you must go far you go together." Thankfully I was guided by the great optical mountaineer Louisa, whose patience and experience guided me to a pair of glasses I must personally describe as triumphant. If you ever find yourself at basecamp, looking up at the eternal dread that is infinite choices, dont fear. The brave Sherpa Louisa will guide you safely through your expedition.

The whole staff was warm, fun, playful, and so affirming while I tried on glasses. I genuinely felt seen and cared for, and I left with two pairs I absolutely love—readers and progressives. A special thank you to Mikael, who was incredibly generous with his time and made the whole experience especially lovely. We struck up such a great conversation, and he made choosing my glasses feel fun, easy, and personal. I left feeling really good about what I chose and about the whole experience. Highly recommend!
