First time: 30 minute wait to get glasses adjusted (couldn’t wait; had to go to work) Second time: “Optician is on break; hour wait” Third time: Came in at 10am when store opened. “Optician doesn’t get here until 11am. No one can help you until then.” None of this is listed on their website! And you can’t make appointments in advance to do this (I tried). Clearly WP cares more about taking your money than customer service. Very unhappy customer.

She said it is not possible. Then I went to WP Grand Central Store and there was the great man Nigel, he adjusted the frame to my head shape and it fitted as is it was tailor made for me. Never go to Rockefeller Store, Grand Central branch is the best. All staff were very very helpful. They informed me that if I buy pair of frame there will be an extra %20 discount. As they were all helping with a smiling face I was happy to shop in that store and bought two frames. Nigel is a very talented and helpful technician that he made up my mind to shop always from WP Grand Central store. Thanks to all of WP GCentral Store Staff🙏
