He showed me with lots of different frames and helped me decide on which looked best. He walked me through the costs with my insurance and explained the differnet add-ons available. It was a great experice. I'm thrilled to receive my glasses in a week or so.

It went two Mondays ago to a location 45 miles away, said that it was being finished two Wednesdays ago, and I still have not received this. I have gone two weeks without being able to see, and have been suffering horrible headaches without them. I would NOT recommend Warby Parker. Bad mistake in doing business with them.
