came in for a pop and swap after I accidentally bent the frames - they fixed it without the swap so it was free! Thanks Solomon

I especially loved that Warby Parker didn't nickel and dime me. They set a price, $95 was the price of my frames, and that included the frame, lens, scratch resistance, anti-glare AND tax. Great deal!

I was so impressed with Warby Parker, i'm not sure why I waited so long to go there for glasses. I walked in an there was a person to help me as soon as i arrived. He showed me with lots of different frames and helped me decide on which looked best. He walked me through the costs with my insurance and explained the differnet add-ons available. It was a great experice. I'm thrilled to receive my glasses in a week or so.

Provided them my glasses two weeks ago for a lens replacement. It went two Mondays ago to a location 45 miles away, said that it was being finished two Wednesdays ago, and I still have not received this. I have gone two weeks without being able to see, and have been suffering horrible headaches without them. I would NOT recommend Warby Parker. Bad mistake in doing business with them.

Service was 10/10; customer service was pretty good. The optician was really nice he gave a brief yet efficient tour of all the frames in store.
