The staff were not very welcoming or helpful, and there was quite a bit of eye-rolling and an overall attitude that made me feel uncomfortable while I was shopping. One of the employees, I believe her name was Amnesha, came across as particularly dismissive, as though helping me was a favor. I really liked the glasses, but because of the experience, I decided not to purchase them at this location and instead went to another branch, where I had a better experience.

The staff was empathetic, compared the fit of the glasses with my other glasses, and fixed it quickly. I also liked the spacious layout of the store.
