I was waiting for the doc to call my daughter again, and I was shocked when the optician, Julia whispering about us to another co-worker, and caught this in the small mirror and laughing. I felt very bad, and this is a horrible person for making a customer feel bad. Not a great experience. Will not be visiting this branch again.
