My eyeglasses were bothering me behind my left ear, where my skull is different from the right + hearing aid. Walked in yesterday and had the good fortune to have Gabriel, an excellent optician. Thorough and persnickety (in a good sense) in am now pain free. Thank you Gabriel.

I had a bad experience at this location. After ordering a pair of progressive sunglasses and waiting two weeks for them, I tried them on and everything looked a little blurry. If I raised the glasses a half inch, it seemed better. I went into this location and there about five or six people at the front. The person that helped me was unable to adjust the frames and frankly not very enthusiastic about helping me. She told me that nobody at the location was available to look at the lenses and find the issue.
After telling me to come back yet another day so that someone can look at them, I said that it might be easier to just return them. She couldn't care less and said ok. So much for customer service and trying to resolve an issue. It's nice to have a generous return policy, but how about doing a little more to resolve an issue and avoid losing a customer. There is a reason why these glasses are cheaper, poor lenses and bad customer service. At 4pm in the afternoon, why don't you have an optician to look at a pair of lenses?
I also called Warby Parker to give my feedback. The person thanked me and said that she would email me a receipt to confirm my return. There was no attempt to resolve this matter. Instead of spending so much money on advertising, my advice would be to try and retain customers that you already have.
