Sutton Park Center has been a blessing for my aunts care. The team are wonderful and have a great love for taking care of my aunt. My aunt herself enjoys her time at Sutton Park and the team of nurses who always care for her.

Our family’s experience at this facility, from admission through discharge, has been extremely stressful and disappointing. We experienced repeated communication failures and actions taken despite clearly communicating our wishes. Appointments were changed without our consent, despite advising that family would provide transportation if the facility could not. We also had concerns regarding our family member speaking with a psychologist and being approached about new medication without proper communication or consent.
The female front-desk representative was often unprofessional and disrespectful. Reaching social workers was also extremely difficult; we were repeatedly told to call back after meetings, only to learn they had left for the day. And refused to proved emails to reach out.
The discharge process was especially concerning, as we communicated that discharge paperwork were needed by a specific date, yet obtaining it became unnecessarily difficult. After our family member signed out of care, Adult Protective Services was contacted.
We have documented these experiences with timestamps and supporting records. We believe these concerns warrant a serious review of the facility’s communication, professionalism, patient rights, and discharge procedures.

My sister and I are pleased to see that our father's care seems to be in good hands. There were quite a few smiling staff members on the floor when we first visited about 4 pm on a Thursday . We witnessed positive interactions between residents and staff.
Multiple people in charge of his care contacted us by phone right away. Whereas the place he was prior let days go by without contacting us.
Sutton has certainly given us the warm and fuzzies compared to the facility from which we just had him transferred.
