- MMMags MaddSep 16, 20201.0I went in asking for one lip product to diminish lip lines and a subtle plump. She talked me into a different product. After a day of swelling, there is no change in plumpness and the lines look worse. Due to a poor injection job, in addition to lines, there are also now bumps of filler. She refused to provide any sort of refund or fix the botched job, stating there is no way to diminish lip lines...If that is true seems highly unethical to inject my lips and take $500 from me in the first place. She did call me back herself right away and give me an appointment on short notice. That seems to be because she has no other patients and "fired everyone because they aren't competent enough".
