  Gave this gym way too many chances to which I shouldn’t have. I’m done with this gym. I got charged $118 even though I canceled my account . I called back to speak to manager, not available, understandable, but having to hang up on me when I asked for the corporation’s number ? That’s extremely unprofessional . I don’t know what happened to this gym but completely lost its value.

  I have tried to put my gym membership on hold for the past three weeks. I had ankle surgery & can’t utilize my membership. I have left several messages on the machine & have spoken to several members on the phone saying that the mgr Tony is the only that can handle this. It’s been three weeks & still no phone call. I see they have no problems with taking my dues out but a simple call back to put my membership on hold is hard to do. I am bed ridding because of my surgery so i physically can not make it to the gym. I only wanted to put my membership on hold but after the way this was handled, I want to cancel membership in its entirety. I won’t forget to mention how long they take to fix machines in that place is crazy too, I see why it takes so long to get a simple call back. I feel under the previous Mgmt’s the machines was up & running more. I left another message today cause they are still charging me. Next call is the better business bureau…

  Gym is super dirty, machines are falling apart, bathroom is disgusting + the stalls are indefinitely “closed for maintenance” with no efforts to fix them, you can find steroid needles on the floor in there + around the parking lot, sauna is filthy + in disrepair, and most annoying of all the gym closes on random days / hours despite claiming to be 24 hours.

  Charging me after I cancelled. I have cancellation notice with my signature on it. They have it too. I went and spoke to manager when I noticed. He apologized, shook my hand, and said wait 2 to 3 weeks for refund. I waited one month and there is still no refund. This is like many other complaints abt being overcharged. They will do it to you too if you cancel. Be ware.

  signed up here because of a recommendation, went a couple times and it’s not a bad gym. the bad thing about this gym, is that even after cancelling, for months i’m charged, even after being sent a “cancellation confirmation” to my email SHOWING that i cancelled and what day i did. but no, i’m charged for months, 29$ everytime. i call and each time, they tell me “ill forward this to my manager who will make sure the refund and cancellation goes through, you’ll be refunded in 1-2 weeks”. then the next month comes, “29$ UFC gym” charge in my bank account, i call again, SAME ANSWER. it gets to a point where now, i don’t even get an answer, i had to call my bank to file a claim for the charges because this greedy gym just wants to continue stealing money from former customers. EVEN when the bank cancels and refunds me my money and files a claim, 29$ UFC GYM charge, AGAIN. how greedy can one company be. sign up if you wanna get blatantly robbed and screwed even after you cancel your membership
