Very disappointing experience with this location. The gym is consistently overcrowded, and cleanliness is a major issue. The locker rooms in particular are frequently dirty and, in my experience, unsanitary. The Arm Bar area also often looks poorly maintained and understaffed. The problems have become noticeable enough that there is even an Instagram page dedicated to documenting complaints and issues surrounding this location. That alone should tell management how frustrated people have become with the condition of the gym. The facility itself feels neglected. There are ongoing maintenance and upkeep issues that make it difficult to understand what members are getting in return for the annual fees being charged. Instead of improving the existing member experience, the gym often feels more focused on bringing in additional memberships despite already being overcrowded. Customer service is inconsistent as well. Some staff members are helpful, but I have also dealt with inattentive and unprofessional service at the front desk. For a gym that collects both monthly dues and annual fees, I would expect significantly better cleanliness, maintenance, staffing, and overall management of the facility. Until those issues are addressed, I would not recommend this location.

I have been going to UFC gym for years due to it being 24 hours during the week which is convenient. The only amenity I use outside of the weights is the sauna which seems to be out of order every other month. It is operable now but for whatever reason does not fully heat up until past 7am which I was told by gym staff. I go to the gym at 4am so this is extremely frustrating and should be rectified so all members can utilize it during the operating hours of the gym.

Tell me why a UFC gym threatened to kick me out like a 2nd grade kid when I was doing padwork. I'm 40. The equipment is OK but it gets very crowded.

I went to this gym before with a family member, who keep in mind had to drive all the way down from Westchester. We made free day passes as advertised on their website for their location UFC gym Long Island, which can’t be confused with any other locations as it is the only UFC gym on Long Island. We arrive at the gym and are told that a day pass is $25 each and their location does not do free day passes which is confusing as it as advertised on their website for their location. There have also been multiple instances after this incident where I am out in the town nearby ufc gym, for example going to chipotle and there are ufc employees advertising a MONTH free trial, but before they didn’t do for a day. Which one is it? Are trials done or are they not? Or do you pick and choose who you scam and lie to? And when I told these employees that I was denied the pass before they were kind of rude and dismissive. But I don’t blame them when management behaves similarly. When I contacted the assistant GM named Imdad, who kept sending me messages to come have a tour and sign up for a membership after I used my phone number to sign up for the free day pass that I was denied, he was kind of rude as well. I guess they try and use a flimsy “subject to availability” clause but when the day pass is advertised and then registered for their specific location that doesn’t really make sense. And this isn’t even about the gym itself. I don’t even want to get started on that.
