- EAElvin ArguetaJun 22, 20261.0Don’t walk but RUN from this gym. Been here for 8 years and I’m so glad I cancelled last month . They lack repairs, lack customer service with the front desk, tv haven’t been working for a minute, it’s dirty with bugs and roach and yes there’s pictures . On top of that if you’re a long term member they’ll constantly raise your monthly membership and act like you don’t notice . That’s why I a lot of our gym family is going elsewhere bc this gym does not feel like home anymore. What an embarrassment. Money over quality I guess .

- VMVeronica MelissaJun 13, 20261.0I would not recommend coming here during the summer months. The gym becomes extremely hot, to the point where workouts can feel uncomfortable and even unsafe. Despite multiple complaints from members, the fans and air conditioning do not seem to be functioning properly. When I asked staff about the air conditioning, I was told it was working, yet the gym remained excessively hot. On another occasion, a front desk employee told me the AC was not working. Opening the doors has not provided enough ventilation to make a difference. For a facility where people are exercising intensely, maintaining a comfortable and safe temperature should be a priority. Until the ventilation and air conditioning issues are addressed, I would consider other options during the summer.
- KMKevin MJun 13, 20261.0DO NOT ENROLL HERE UNLESS LIKE TO WORKOUT IN A SUANA!!! THEY REFUSE TO FIX THE AC!!!! Its been YEARS of the same lies and excuses... "Its an old system' "King Kullen (landlord) refuses to fix it" All complete nonsense. Any landlord legally must fix a broken AC. Do they go buy fans? (like youd see in a gymnasium) Nope, too cheap...or lazy LA Fitness closed so months back enrollment went thru the roof, now all the college kids are back, when HS is out it will be a complete mess. So they have the money from all the new enrollment, its simply them being cheap. YOU WILL BE DRIPPING SWEAT as soon as u walk in!!
