  Last day of vacation to USA, my old glasses broke. I had flight back next morning and no glasses. Called Pearle and asked if I could have glasses made within the day. They said pop down. Service was amazing. Glasses made within 2 hours. All the staff were amazing.

  I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service I received when calling your office today to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, the individual I spoke with around at 11:30 am was incredibly rude and dismissive. She made it nearly impossible to continue the conversation, resisting and acting unprofessional every time I asked a question. While we have always found the doctors at your practice to be very nice, this experience was so negative that my family and I have decided to stop coming to your office. I believe it is important for you to know that this type of interaction is the reason you are losing us as patients.

  We called NHP Vision center and got Kathy who was able to get us an appointment the next day. She walked us rhrough the paperwork and the exam with the Dr. All in all it was a nice experience due to her knowledge of her job. Thanks Kathy——Dal & Vin Avag.

  As always, my annual examination at Pearle was a pleasure. Marlene is always so friendly and helpful, especially when it comes to picking out frames. She remembers my style and always chooses ones I love. Dr. Gaudio is also very warm and welcoming, and I always know I am in good hands. The examination is thorough and painless, and Dr Gaudio does a great job explaining the results. It’s always nice to receive the automatic reminder for my yearly checkup, so thank you to all of you at Pearle Vision!
