It could have caused major issues but she is a former pharmacy technician so she knew the difference. I already complained to corporate about this. Ridiculous

The staff, particularly the females and one male employee with glasses, consistently display a rude and unprofessional attitude. Every time I call, I feel like I’m a burden rather than a customer.It’s disheartening to encounter such negativity, especially since this pharmacy is the closest one to my home, leaving me with little choice. I often feel compelled to go elsewhere just to avoid the unpleasantness. I hope management addresses these issues.
