  I have spent a great deal of time over the past few months exploring different companies and hearing technology for years of dealing with difficult hearing (denial) especially with background noise. After several tests and trials and not being impressed, I went to AudioNova in New Hartford NY and met Wendi Trous-dale who was absolutely fantastic. She has so much experience, professionalism and is extremely knowledgeable all while being helpful with coming to terms with the reality of getting older, feeling depressed and embarrassed by needed them. At this point I did not realize how great it could be and what I have been missing. Everything she said was 100% true! She was a big part of me moving forward with my purchase of Phonak EON Sphere and helping me overcome my fears and personal Anxieties and getting me the best technology for my needs and for the best price possible. All on a scale of 1-7 rating she is a 10 as she knows how to help people with all of her experience and years in the hear-aid business. If you are looking for someone who really understands then schedule an appointment with her and you will not be disappointed. Both Wendi and Rebecca in the office are who you need to call. Thank you for everything!

  I brought my mother here for her first appointment. We were very pleased Wendy and Korinne were friendly, professional and helpful. Wendy took the time to explain every detail about my mother’s new hearing aids. I feel that Wendy went above and beyond her job. We would recommend them to anyone!
