  This is a good company to deal with. They are very responsive. Very reliable, especially when you need someone in a pinch. They really try to work with you in whatever you need. Highly recommend.

  Our family would like to express our sincere gratitude for the help and care that Home Instead was able to provide for our dad and aunt. We were in a situation where we needed 24/7 in-home care for both of them. Jackie Reiter and the Home Instead staff did a great job keeping our in-home care at a level of quality that met both our standards and our needs. We would highly recommend Home Instead care, for people like us, who want dependable and excellent in-home care for their loved ones.

  The worst. Very unprofessional through and through. Aides are unaware and poorly trained in how to interact with people suffering from dementia. When dementia patients are stuck trying to remember something, one is supposed redirect their thoughts to something else. The aide was doing the exact opposite. It was heart wrenching to watch my dad growing more and more frustrated in this situation. I called the agency to address the issue, and the owner, Jacki responded in the most unprofessional way possible. Instead of acknowledging what happened, she defended her employee saying the aide was the best she had. At some point she even started shouting at me instead of listening to my concerns and acknowledging them. Unacceptable!

  My family and I were extremely pleased with Home Instead Senior Care. Each staff member was professional and caring. During the initial evaluation Jackie Reiter was informative and sensitive to our families needs. She ensured that the transition from nursing home to personal home was seamless. Genna, who was in charge of scheduling, was always pleasant and accommodating to our changing schedule. Each of the aides who took care of our mother, Mariamma, Winona and Sheryl were also professional, responsible, kind-hearted and attentive to our mother. We would not hesitate to recommend Home Instead.

  Jackie and her staff were very caring, informative and helpful. The care giver they provided for my father was excellent. We needed someone who could drive and they were able to accommodate that request plus, the hours and days we wanted.
