    I wanted to start off with some positives comments before I leave my feedback. Both the staff and the Doctor have been respectful, helpful and understanding. They always greet you and hear your concerns when you tell them. The hygienists are usually always easy going and are aware of your sensitivities or any requests regarding comfort during the exams/cleanings. Because of all that, I have been a returning patient for the past several years. First off, the wait time has been rather long and not as quick as it used to be. And I get it, when business is booming, it can get busy. And maybe a bit too busy than some can handle. Now, I wasn't as annoyed as some would be, and maybe that was my fault for being a "patient" patient, but an hour an half is a bit ridiculous in my opinion. This was one of the reasons why I left my previous dentist. Did I come on time for my appointment, yes. Now, were there other people that came in and was squeezed in because they needed to see him, yes. That shouldn't have effected anyone's scheduled appointment time. And because my appointment wasn't "serious" or for a cleaning, I think it was pushed in the back burner to be looked at as their last patient. Was it fair, absolutely not. But if that was the case, they could've just asked me if it would be okay to come back in an hour instead of wasting my time. I wouldn't have been that annoyed because just like them, we also have things we need to do and take care of. Now Unfortunately, my recent experience with them left me with a sour taste, or rather a chemical blister, for a lack of a better word. Personally, speaking, if I haven't mentioned that my lip was burning, or ask for a mirror to see how my lip looked before I left, they might've not said anything to me. Thankfully the hygienist reassured me that it would go away in time and provided me with some vaseline to help ease the pain. But for me, it was the principle of the whole situation. I think the Doctor rushed himself and wasn't paying much attention to the material he was using. I also felt that after I mentioned my lip was burning, their reaction was not quick enough to prevent it from getting any worse. Both the hygienists and the Doctor should have reacted quicker and paid attention to the materials used. Instead of letting the chemical sit on the patients lips, they should been paying attention and wipe it off as soon as it made contact. Both the hygienists and the Doctor were apologetic, but that was after the fact I noticed my lip blistering up. Being apologetic for both the wait time and the chemical blister in one visit has left me with a very negative opinion. Like I said, it was just the principle of everything that happened. I felt pushed aside after waiting an hour and a half, rushed while in the exam room, and a bit dismissed over how I felt about the chemical blister. I am just a bit disappointed in my recent visit to them and hope that this doesn't happen again.

    I had a great experience with this doctor and the entire office. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and professional receptionist who made check-in quick and easy. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The doctor was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns without rushing me. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my treatment options. I truly felt cared for and respected during my visit. Overall, the service was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a doctor who is compassionate, professional, and supported by a great team.
