  I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to StretchLab. After paying for and receiving my stretching service, I was informed that I could not use the facility to change back into my work clothes. As a paying customer, I found this very inconvenient and frustrating. Because I was not allowed to change on-site, I had to go out of my way to find a public restroom to change before going to work. This created unnecessary stress and inconvenience, especially considering that I had scheduled the appointment around my workday and am paying for these services with my hard-earned money. I believe customers should be treated with greater consideration, particularly when a simple accommodation such as allowing them to change clothes would significantly improve their experience. I hope you will review this policy and consider making reasonable accommodations for customers in the future. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter. The name of the employee is PRESTON, to avoid confusion. Thank you for your attention on this important matters .

  BEWARE!! I was eager to try them. I am a former dancer and very athletic. They were running a promotion. The desk clerk said I could stock up on the sale. I contacted them multiple times to start. Subsequently, I was charged for six sessions; however, I could only use four. Nowhere on the promotion flyer, from the clerk who sold me the promotion, from the manager, Susan, or on the website, does it state the expiration date for what I bought. I didn't have a problem with the massage staff; however, no one described the expiration policy. It's near impossible to reach a manager capable of discussing billing/charge issues, refunds, etc. No one responded to my multiple emails, calls, or texts. Too bad. I would have been their target client. SCAM. STAY CLEAR

  I went to Stretch LAB in severe pain from chronic spinal stenosis, hoping for relief. My therapist helped me get a body scan and provided a 50 minute session of all body stretching. Today I am FREE from pain and more limber than I have been in weeks!! I am grateful for my therapist and to Stretch LAB for changing my life trajectory!!

  Olivia was Outstanding. I am dealing with some major pain and her care and concern in checking to make sure that I was comfortable was top tier. I highly recommend her and the StretchLab team. Truly appreciated the experience.
