  I've been a customer here for years, and my interactions with Marlene have consistently been unpleasant and unprofessional. She has repeatedly spoken to me in a dismissive and disrespectful manner, making what should be a simple pharmacy visit unnecessarily stressful. During my visits, I personally heard her make comments such as, "Bellmore is such a ridiculous place, I could write a book about it," and state that if anyone arrived at 1:30 on the dot, they would not be helped. Those kinds of remarks, combined with her attitude toward customers, are especially disappointing from someone working in healthcare. Patients deserve to be treated with courtesy, respect, and compassion. I sincerely hope management addresses this, because no one should feel uncomfortable picking up their medication.

  Ken and Lainey are the best. Kind, caring, and brilliant at their jobs. As someone who helps care for someone who is severely depressed they have truly made our journey easier.
