I recently went to StretchLab in Mt Kisco and it was a great experience. Eka was very Knowledgeable and did a great job of stretching me. I felt great after I left. This is so much better than a massage!

Woke up with a knot between right hamstring & gluteus maximus. Candace was quick to respond to my requests. We were able to laugh while she released it.

I was stretched out by Candace and I feel great. I signed the three month commitment and I am looking forward to returning once a week for my visit. This is something everyone should sign up for especially when we get older. Our bodies need this.
