StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Mt. Kisco offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

I had the best stretch at StretchLab in Mt Kisco. Roman was my flexologists and he was excellent. Also, the stretchlab is so beautiful and extremely clean.

I had a good experience with Richard Hunter. Itvwas a good stretch and he was very mindful a d or spoke about what I couldn't do due to disease limitations of my lower spine. He was very good with everything

I went for my first visit today and wow just as I thought getting the direction and push helped me realize “I can be flexible again”. Anyone who feels like father time is squeezing them. This is a great way to get some of your youth back!

My experience at Stretch Lab was very positive! The flexologist, Richie, put me at ease right away. He explained what he was doing and was sensitive to my health situation. I felt great afterwards and am looking forward to returning and seeing the benefits that come from greater flexibility and releasing tension and tightness.
