First optometrist gave me an incorrect prescription, I have to go through the time and effort to get that fixed in addition to new contacts, and then schedule an appointment for a redo of the initial appointment. Doctor didn't show up for that one on time and LensCrafters refused to refund the initial visit. Terrible rude unprofessional employees, incompetent doctors and complete lack of respect for anyone's time even with a first thing in the morning appointment so you can't blame patients for making you late just your own incompetence and disrespect.
