- HKH KJul 3, 20261.0This review is for the LensCrafters at Mount Kisco NY It’s been more than 3 weeks since I paid for the lens and I haven’t received the product back. They just keep telling the lab made some mistakes and ask to wait another 7 days. The glass needs to be sent back to the lab for a couple of time. Very bad experience with us this store. I should have gone to another store for the lens.

They did such an excellent job on the repair and the turn around time was so fast! They also have an excellent selection of really great glasses! I will return again and again.
