  The nicest rehab center I have ever visited! The grounds were beautiful-a nice place to relax when visiting. The inside was very clean and all the workers were extremely pleasant.

  I was visiting my brother. He was smiling and looking much better than I seen in the past. The group house should follow the lead‼️ Thanks to all the staff at North Westchester 😊

  Pt and OT And transporters are amazing always happy and upbeat. Today there was a tea party and it was especially nice. I was able to take my mom outside and enjoy other company. The ladies that ran it were amazing. April who is a new Aide on the floor is super helpful and always upbeat. It would be nice if there were two people to help the patients because April is always Stretched thin. Nighttime staff, specifically Ariel, is a godsend. She is so kind and patient. She works like a dog. She helps my mother keep her dignity. She should be commended. My mother often comments on Linda, a nighttime nurse who is especially kind to her. I just wish it didn’t take 45 minutes for somebody to ring the bell to go to the bathroom. Why can’t nurses, LPNs and RN’s alike help people to the bathroom? Why is it left only to the aides? If somebody has to go to the bathroom, it is very difficult to hold it 45 minutes, especially when you’re 90 years old. Thank you for all your hard work. And a shout out to Katy in the bakery. She is so kind and very patient.

  Place is clean, nurses and staff were very informative. Psychiatrist was very informative seem like they want to help us
