After receiving an offer from Miracle Ear regarding a free hearing test, I decided to move forward with the evaluation. From my initial assessment through my most current appointment working with the professionals at Miracle Ears Mohegan Lake office has been great. Hearing Specialist Julie Pelusio conducted the original hearing assessment. She explained my specific hearing loss, with the aid of the evaluation results clearly and concisely, taking the time to answer any and all of my questions and concerns. Over the course of a month through follow up visits that are part of Miracle Ears program, she listened to my concerns and made appropriate adjustments. I’m completely satisfied with the hearing aids I purchased from Miracle Ear and doubly satisfied with the service and follow up that Julie continues to provide. I’d be remiss if I didn’t include a positive note about office manager Carol. Once I agreed to the purchase, Carol initiated and managed a substantial claim with my insurance company which saved me a good deal of money. As I noted earlier in this review, Carol and Julie team up to provide a truly professional and caring service.

They will adjust them for you, clean them and even give hearing tests. It has made having hearing aides easier. Carol and Julie are both helpful and wonderful to work with.
