    I was honestly skeptical about joining Club Pilates. I worried about whether I’d lose weight, get toned, or even be able to get into classes because of all the waitlists. But after consistently attending 5 days a week since November, I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made( don’t be scared of the waitlist!)I’ve lost 10 pounds, gained muscle, improved my flexibility, and noticed a huge boost in my mental health. The workouts are always different, engaging, and challenge every muscle group. Ruthie is incredibly creative and always finds fun ways to use the reformer. I’m usually shaking by the end of class! Banu is supportive, great at correcting form, and pushes you to reach your goals and is hard in a good way! Adrienne creates such a welcoming environment and always introduces fresh, fun movements. There are so many amazing instructors, and for the first time, I genuinely look forward to working out every week!!

    club pilates is awesome, you improve your balance, gain strength and challenge yourself as well as have fun and meet some really great people. the instructors are knowledgable and always keep things interesting!

    I can’t say enough good things about Banu at Club Pilates Miller Place. She creates such a supportive and encouraging environment where everyone feels comfortable working at their own pace. If you're dealing with an injury or having difficulty with a movement, she always offers modifications and guidance without making you feel self-conscious. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has a great way of correcting form that is helpful and motivating. You always know she's paying attention and genuinely wants everyone to succeed safely and effectively. I have to admit, whenever she says, “We have ten more,” I usually cringe—but by the end of class I’m always grateful she encouraged us to push a little further than we thought we could. Her positive energy, expertise, and encouragement make every class worthwhile. Miller Place is very lucky to have her at Club Pilates. She is truly an outstanding instructor!

    Banu is truly one of the best Pilates instructors I’ve ever worked with. I’ve been practicing Pilates for over 12 years across reformer, mat, chair, springboard, and TRX, and have taken private, small group, and studio classes – so I have a strong basis for comparison. She absolutely stands out. What sets Banu apart is how clearly she explains every exercise. She doesn’t just tell you what to do—she walks you through exactly which muscles you should be engaging and why. During the exercise, she gives thoughtful cues and adjustments so you actually feel the correct activation, which makes a huge difference in getting the most out of each movement. Her classes tend to use higher reps than some other instructors, but it always feels intentional and purposeful—not excessive. You can tell there’s a plan behind it, and it leads to better strength, control, and endurance over time. I’ve taken 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0 classes with her, and she meets students where they are while helping each person perform at their best. She often offers individual adjustments (always respectfully and with permission), which I really appreciate. I’ve taken over 250 classes at Club Pilates, and Banu is consistently one of my absolute top instructors. I even go out of my way to attend her classes at different locations—that’s how good she is. Highly recommend.
