- PPPMSSep 17, 20265.0I stopped in the LensCrafters at the Galleria in Middletown. The store was busy but one of the salespeople made it a point to tell me they would be right with me. Within a few minutes i was introduced to Jasmine who explained the store operation and where to look and handed me a tray and said to pick out several frames i liked. She then said one of the associates would work with me when i made some selections. Trina came over and introduced herself right away and the fun began. She helped me make selections, trying on several pairs before deciding on two. Trina was friendly, helpful and never rushed me throughout the process. She ran my insurance and got me to the finish line. It was a great experience, everyone in the store was pleasant and helpful. Shout out to Trina, Jasmine and Carolyn for a job well done.
