  The tooth extraction took longer than expected. It was at times uncomfortable and at times painful. The medication prescribed to me was much appreciated. The Dr. and the assistant were conscientious and professional.

  Great service, set up appointment was able to get tooth pulled next day and they accept insurance that many oral surgeons dont , DrRivera was amazing and caring, beautiful place with amazing staff 11 out of 10 rating

  Honestly, I have never had a smoother dental experience in my life. Dr Durante is so talented and gentle. My oral surgery went smoother than even a dental cleaning ever has been. I feel so silly for putting it off for so long. I am so lucky to have found this place!

  The doctor and his assistants were wonderful, but the receptionist with the longer hair was terrible, very short and dismissive when im trying to explain to her that my insurance will not take three weeks for prior authorization!! She insisted that it will and preceded to schedule my appointment for three weeks out! I told her that too long because I’m in pain and she basically didn’t care!! I went home and called my insurance company and they told me it was authorized right away, and it never takes three weeks!! I call the office back to let them know it was authorized they still said they didn’t get anything, again they didn’t care!! They next day one of the receptionist call me back to tell me they have the authorization!! So if I wouldn’t have look into it I would be sitting him in pain for three weeks!

  We recently moved to Nassau County and are starting over with medical health providers. My son needed 3 wisdom teeth extracted. The office is clean, front office staff pleasant, and Dr. Soh was a consummate professional. Job well done making my son feel comfortable. Staff could do a better job communicating any out of pocket costs. The insurance PA and decision were straight forward and understood. The Dr requested a certain amount of anesthesia. One unit was denied bc it was deemed unnecessary. I understood that should the doctor go over the approved anesthesia amount, then I would have to pay out of pocket. Instead, I had to pre pay for an amount whether he used it or not. Regardless, I'd come here again, if needed.
