Promised same day results for PCR test but when they showed up said they only had rapid test (which we’d already taken with negative results), but instead offered thousands of dollars of infusions and other services none of which we wanted. When we called their office saying they had promised PCR test and we agreed to pay the fee based on their promise, they returned to our home an hour later, took a PCR test results of which which would be available within 2 hours of leaving our home at 6pm. When we did not receive the results we called their office leaving messages and emailing them in the middle of the night. We received the results at 7 am THE FOLLOWING DAY. COMPLETELY USELESS SERVICE and we successfully disputed the charges with our credit card company. CAVEAT EMPTOR.
