We used some props, including a weighted ring, blocks and a ball. Will always remember working my abs to Pink Pony Club to help me keep my mind off it 😄 Enjoyed how clean and nice the studio decor was. Also, I’m from Queens so I love how easy parking is on Long Island 🤣 Will be back!
