I was properly fitted for my contacts I had gotten elsewhere, not even realizing that they weren’t the right fit to begin with and my eyes feel instantly so much better! Staff was Super friendly and helpful. Would Definitely make my way to come back here from now on :)

- EMElaine MuffAug 11, 20265.0I want to compliment the staff at Warby Parker in Manhasset. I recently received my new glasses and went in to the store for adjustments. Both Yan and Robin (on different days) were terrific; carefully and patiently helping me until I was satisfied. Robin also helped me greatly when I mentioned I was unhappy with the pattern on my Daisy violet quartz frame. Robin suggested solutions, even at one point bringing out frames from the back for me to choose from. Robin’s unending patience and good natured service was remarkable. I am especially appreciative for excellent customer service because I am not wealthy and my glasses are (for me) expensive-your prices are fair-it’s just that It’s a big deal for me financially to buy glasses, and I want all the options-hi index lenses, transitional, progressives, which makes them an investment for someone on a lower income, like me. I wanted to show you my deep appreciation for how well I was treated. Thank you. Elaine Muff
