  The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in, and the exam was extremely thorough and modern. The doctor answered all my questions and concerns, and the ease of picking out frames and lenses options was so easy. The workers filed the insurance claims -- and they were super sweet to our pup! Definitely will be back -- and highly recommend.

  Holy cow don't be even five minutes late to a Warby Parker eye exam. We hit some traffic on the way, we called customer service to let them know we were a bit delayed, yet still on the way. Oh well, guess what, customer service is I guess an offshore call center or something, they have no affiliation with the retail store. What is even more wacked out is that the retail store has no way to be contacted at all! It's a retail island onto itself. So when we arrived the staff had no idea what we were talking about and rather than letting us proceed into our allotted 20 minutes of exam time, we were greeted with this rigid manager with an aggravating no exceptions for delays policy. So even though the optometrist had no one else to test at that time, we were barred from the remainder of our exam time and forced to squabble over not being able contact them or reschedule. Even with all this drama we were still willing to wait, however when we were told that we may end up waiting 4-5 hours, we were livid at this point! If we completely missed our time slot and showed up I would maybe understand this reaction. This is not surgery, it's a retail level eye exam, there is no way every appointment is on time, or that every exam slot is full. This is not the DMV and we are not cutting the line on a Disney ride. We are here to buy your product and need a 15 minute eye exam, don't treat people like children that need detention. It's not a bad deal on eyewear, but I am not sure our experience was worth the savings.

  The employees at Warby Parker made my eyeglass purchase easy and efficient. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, and the selections of frames was vast. I was busy glasses for my son and we were in and out in number 20 minutes.

The selection & lenses are plentiful, featuring options for narrow, medium, & large fittings based on one’s individual shape face & head. Prescriptions are scientifically grounded in the latest technology & come with a 30 day warranty. I received great personal attention & help with my selections. All my questions were answered, knowledgeably, a doctor is on staff to properly measure your lense for your particular prescription. A few insurance plans are accepted. If yours is kit, you can submit your own claim. Highly recommend. 5*’s
