  Refused to email me a copy of my prescription poor service other locations were always happy to email. Lost my business for sure.

  Their hours don’t match what is listed on their website or on their doors. The listed hours say that they are open Sundays 11am to 5pm. I went at 1pm on Sunday. Closed.

  They know me by Yuri Lopez. I visited this optical a little bit over a month. At first I gave them a bad review. I have to give them a 5 now. Rinaldo took ownership and helped me with the issue I had with them before. Will definitely recommend this place. Yes I had a bad experience at first but to see them doing their best to helped me, means a lot to me. My experience with them now was excellent.
