- NKNicholas KimMay 13, 20262.0The service here was good and the workers were friendly, though I received incorrect information that my current glasses lenses lacked UV protection, when I would later find out they actually did. From my POV, the test was hastily done / not well taken care of. This led to me going on a bit of a goose chase with the mistaken info, which was then contradicted by both an at home test and another diagnosis with a more professional machine at another shop. While I'm sure a simple in-out experience would've been fine, this mistaken information has unfortunately lowered my score for this location.

I came in with glasses that weren't feeling right and had almost given up on adjusting to them, but she quickly identified the issue and explained everything in a way that made me feel informed, not rushed. She was so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely personable—she truly went above and beyond to make sure I left comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommend asking for her!

The associate Bee, with tattoos was not welcoming at all, she gave me an odd look and had a very off-putting attitude. There was little to no effort to provide personalized care, which made the experience disappointing overall.

I came in with my own prescription written down and was told they couldn't take it because it didn't have a doctors name. Frustrating I agreed to pay 134 dollars to have a new exam, did so, picked out glasses and ordered them. Today I got the new glasses and they are wrong. The prescription given by the doctor is wrong, I can't see close items at all, meanwhile my current glasses on my old prescription works great for distance and reading. Warby Parker is giving me a refund for the glasses when I send them back but was told the prescription exam cannot be refunded. So I am trying to fight that and now I wait for a call back which may or may not ever come. Nice glasses (which I would like if they had just accepted my current prescription) but avoid the eye exam. Waste of time and money.
