Igoe 2 Yoga offers dynamic HOT YOGA & WARM YOGA classes that focus on strengthening alongside improving balance and flexibility. The practice changes weekly, with the poses taking your body through all three planes of motion.
Free of charge, we provide Lululemon mats, hot yoga towels, hand towels, cork blocks, foam rollers, bolsters, yoga blankets, yoga straps and yoga wheel to further enrich your yogic experience.
