If I had to find a flaw not in line with the rest of our visit it is that the store front needs to be lit up in Broadway theater lights to go along with the superstar we met with.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with high energy and that energy never dropped. Alyssa was knowledgeable, respectful, professional, courteous, caring, and knew everything I was feeling before I even said it. She listened to all my concerns and expectations of the good feet product and then proceeded to assure me that the good feet Store will not let me down and that the customer support, and customer satisfaction is just as important as the quality of the product and presentation. Finally she expressed how the good feet product has helped her improve her quality of life.
She is believable, trustworthy and at no time did we feel any pressure to purchase.

Good service but pricing is astronomical 😱 over $2000 for three sets of plastic shoe inserts with 3 pairs of foam inserted and a 2 minute foot exam ! Never warned or saw pricing anywhere in the store !! Never going back again!!!😩😩

I had such a great experience at "The Good Feet Store" thanks to one of the young ladies (Alyssa) working there. From the moment we walked in, she was friendly, patient, and genuinely eager to help. She took the time to understand exactly what my mom was looking for and offered suggestions without being pushy.
What really stood out was her attention to my, mom, myself and my son. Her positive attitude and professionalism made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
It’s not often you come across customer service like that anymore. Even her colleague Tasha was friendly and helpful.

High quality establishment and product. Saw noticeable results by my 1-month follow up. Tasha (manager) was extremely pleasant to work with. Very cool personality, and super professional. Her knowledge and passion for her work shows.
As per the bad reviews saying they don't allow refunds and they try to talk you into it... ya, it's a business, that's literally their job. Obviously they want you to buy it, but they're not lying about anything. And they're very transparent about the cost and about the fact that there are no refunds (which is reasonable for a product with such intense usage) and about the fact that they aren't medically licensed. But even then, the initial evaluation is free, and if you decide to follow through and something is off, they still try to accommodate you. My advice is to go, ask as many questions as possible, and make a judgement call. No one can force you to do anything. You have nothing to feel bad about if you take the manager's time for an hour and decide you don't want to pay $2,000 for 3 pairs of plastic. It's understood. Odds are is that you wouldn't be looking into this if you haven't already convinced yourself that you need it, and anywhere you go knows that. If you think you got "swindled" into buying something you don't need, that's on you for being impatient and not seeking a 2nd opinion.
As per my own experience, I personally consider this product to be VERY MUCH on the pricey side of things, but luckily I think I got what I paid for. It wasn't as "custom" as I expected from how it was advertised to me before going to the store, but at the end of the day it's still a good product, and I feel that my balance has improved greatly while wearing the insoles, and even somewhat without the insoles (by the end of month 1). Highly recommended.

Took my mom to be fitted for arch support. Our sales rep was Alyssa and she was fabulous. She gets 5 stars for her knowledge and patience. I hope the arches provide my mom with better balance as she walks. She said she immediately felt a difference just trying the arches in the sneakers. Unfortunately the prices are way too high which prevents me from giving 5 stars. Question if we could have gotten same products for cheaper someplace else.
