I explained my problem to her and she told me that she would work with me which she did. After I was fitted with the right shoe inserts and walked a while I felt really good. I wore them all that evening while out shopping and The foot pain which I had been experiencing going to therapy, taking medication, and not being able to walk without pain was gone. I could not believe the difference the insert made with my Foot. to be honest, it is like a miracle because I could not imagine spending the rest of my life having to deal with this foot pain. thanks Be to God and to The Good feet Store. I am on my way to feeling a lot better then I have over the past year. I also appreciate Alyssa for her follow up and patience

Where your opinion DOES NOT MATTER as they try to prey on people hoping they forget to return the items purchased or losing the receipt or a piece and therefore your return is not possible…. This platform of customer service is all about twisting the customer’s perspective and not listening to your body or thoughts…. But only to what these “PROFESSIONALS ” say makes sense…. If there’s ever a business that needs some serious consideration into their business practice it is GOOD FEET… All I can say is AVOID BY ALL POSSIBLE MEANS…..
