- JSJessey SnyderMay 8, 20265.0My 18 month old just had her first dentist appointment at Where Smiles Grow recently and we had a fantastic experience! The waiting room has toys for all different ages to keep children busy while waiting. However, we did not have to wait long at all to be called into a room. Both Dr. Taylor and the hygienist (bummed I can’t remember her name) were wonderful working with my toddler. Both were so patient, friendly, and welcoming making what could’ve been a scary experience for my daughter, a positive one. The appointment was quick (which if you ever had a toddler know that’s important), but thorough. Dr. Taylor provided us great information for the future and all of our questions were answered. We had a great first experience and are happy we decided to choose Where Smiles Grow to be our daughter’s dentist.

After encountering many dental providers who declined to care for our son due to his rare genetic condition, we were feeling discouraged and overwhelmed. Jody and Ann went above and beyond (as did we) working tirelessly to secure an appointment for our son and advocating to help ensure the costs would be covered. Their compassion and determination made all the difference. They promised us they would provide the very best care for our son, and they absolutely delivered on that promise. Dr. Dan took exceptional care of him and even followed up with us over the weekend, which meant so much to our family. We are incredibly grateful for the personalized care and genuine compassion we experienced. They saw our son as a person , not just a medical diagnosis.
