Staff is rude and unhelpful, doesn’t care about actually helping. Closing time not accurate, turns patients away before it’s even 8, even if only one patient is ahead of you.

I recently visited this Urgent Care after falling and seriously injuring my knee. My first impression in the reception area was not pleasing. The receptionist was fairly attentive if not a bit cool. The worst part of the reception area was the obnoxious music loudly playing, which was a form of music popular with today’s youngsters. EXPLICIT lyrics in every song and strong sexual themes. Not exactly calming to someone frazzled and in pain waiting for medical care I truly hope this changes and soon. It’s extremely inconsiderate to your clientele. That being said, once my turn to be seen arrived I was taken back to the procedures room where the PA and a med student tended to my needs. They were very caring and professional. I was very impressed with the med student who got to practice her suture techniques on my laceration, with my permission of course. I went home feeling the care I received by the medical staff was professional and considerate. I just hope you better train your reception staff to be more considerate of the state of mind of the people coming in for medical services. It’d be great if the attitude and atmosphere were more professional.

DO NOT COME HERE!! These people refused service for chest pains over $60. I brought my son in to be seen after he started having chest pains playing street hockey. After filling out all of the forms and signing their consent. The receptionist reminded me that I have a $60 co-pay. I told her that I could not pay the co-pay at this time as I had gone straight there from street hockey. She told me that they were unable to bill me. She allowed me to leave with a very fragile apology. Don’t worry my son was seen at St. Peter’s Urgent Care and they were able to bill me. This is where I will continue to go. My wife called to speak to somebody in charge after I told her about the service I got. She spoke to the same girl who ABSOLUTELY BOLD FACE LIED and told her I was offered an ambulance. 1 this was not true in any way. And 2, why would you offer me a $250 ambulance ride instead of seeing my son and sending me a bill for my co-pay. Imagine that, this incredible new facility (which seems to be their only positive review) doesn’t have the capability to send me a bill for a $60 co-pay. Strange that they can bill an insurance company, but not a patient. I have never been more upset at a medical facility. I will never go back and I will caution everyone I know not to visit either. RUN in the other direction & go to St. Peter’s where they care enough to help. If you must go to this poor excuse for an urgent care you had better make sure you have your wallet, because the most urgent care they have is for the money. Absolutely despicable.
