  Had an awful experience the other week - went in to get my glasses adjusted which were replacements received in the mail. Was sitting for 15 minutes without being asked if I needed help, all staff avoided my eye contact. Finally I spoke to the only tech on staff and was told "it would be a very long time" for her to do the adjustment since she was the only one there and told me to just come back another day. I drove 30 minutes and I'm not able to make an appointment for adjustments, so I didn't want to just leave. When I asked how long, she said 15 minutes! So I walked around the mall, came back, waited a bit longer and finally was seen after close to 45 minutes. She rushed me and kept pushing back when I said I needed them looser. Finally I had to return my old pair (since it was a swap) and she told me I couldn't even keep the cleaning cloth!! She clearly had a bone to pick with me, and even argued with another employee when someone else said it was my turn to be seen. Someone who might have been the manager (not sure) was incredibly friendly and nice, and he offered the bathroom if I needed (I had my toddler with me) and kept apologizing for everything - so he was not the issue by any means.

  Exceptional experience at Warby Parker, Smith Haven Mall. Carlos and his colleague first helped me while I was dealing with a lot personally and had just lost two pairs of glasses. They were patient, kind, and helped me build a solid plan so I could actually function day to day. David, Jen, and Emily were just as amazing. The whole team felt like home and went above and beyond, even doing a QA check on my prescription and frames to make sure everything was right. And all eyes on Dr. Hans, truly one of the most thorough and informative eye exams I’ve ever had. I usually get overwhelmed comparing lenses, but his guidance made me feel confident in my decisions. I don’t live nearby (I’m based in Manhattan), but as a longtime customer, I’m genuinely grateful for the care and effort here.

  Great place to get your eyes checked. Same day appointment. No wait. Friendly helpful staff, great Dr with tons of patience to explain every test and answer questions, make recommendations. State of the art equipment and great selection of lenses. They made the insurance process super easy AND gave my doggie a treat!…..can’t say enough nice things about this place and the staff. Great experience overall.
