- AOAlberto Montes De Oca4 days ago5.0Hi my name is Al. Got a pair sunglasses from sunglass hut, Parsol is the brand I like a few years ago. I pay $325 for them. I love the brand I have a few pairs of par. One of the lenses broke so I when back to the store and they told me I was out of warranty and that was fine. I ordered new lenses an it was $100 for the pair. The lenses came in but the people at the store didn’t feel comfortable putting them back in, so they told me to go the lenseCrafter bc they are professional in doing the job. I came in and one of the managers was so wonderful and helpful. She did it in 5 minutes… for now on I will definitely recommend them…

His humorous personality combined with his "down to earth" beside manners are a perfect combination and make you feel comfortable with him and the exam. All the staff treated me very kindly and were very helpful when choosing my glasses. Their glasses may be a bit more pricey than some of the other competitors' prices but your eyes are definitely not worth being a cheapskate on!!!! Highly recommend to others!

Instead, they bully you and make you feel bad for conditions you cannot control. If you have specific needs and want someone to help you feel confident despite your vision circumstances, take your business elsewhere. The staff here is insensitive and made me feel horrible during my first and last visit. Please please if you have specific vision needs go somewhere else where you can get help from knowledgeable people and save yourself from wasting money like I did.
