- TLTravis Lasher2 days ago1.0Had an appointment at 11am. With a confirmation email. Did all the paperwork online. Watched a family walk in at 11:30. All 3 were seen before me. Still not in the eye appointment. It’s 12pm. Said it was because they canceled my appointment because i didn’t “confirm” the appointment. Even though i already checked in, they got my info and even said “great you did the paperwork already”. Eye exam took 4 min. Horrible experience
