- CJCatrina JonesMar 21, 20225.05 star service at this pharmacy every time. Ive been filling prescriptions here for years and I will not be considering another pharmacy. Beryl and Jill consistently go above and beyond for their customers/patients. A few years ago my insurance changed and gave me reduced prices if I worked with cvs. I did not switch, but happily paid a little more to stay with this kind and compassionate team at Hannaford. Hot takes: -never experienced a computer glitch or other technical problems, always a smooth pick up -rx refill telephone system is easy to navigate -when you have to call and speak to a person they give you the time and attention required -every interaction Ive had here is customer centered. Ive never left with an unanswered question, and a few times over the years they have assisted me in getting a refill in a pinch by contacting my provider when I could not. The one negative: Their text system doesnt function very well with changes. I received texts for pick up and refills for maybe a year after changing the schedule on one of my medications. Its been a while since Ive used that feature, idk if its gotten better.
