  Went back after the new ownership transfer. Besides eye exam had a new prescription made for glasses. Tried them out after I received them a few months later. Everything is blurry. If I go back I have to have a whole new eye exam if I go back I have to have a whole new eye exam. I could just not have the prescription test. Pretty disappointed

  Worst customer experience in the eyeglasses department in Ithaca. Eyeglass department lady is extremely pushy and rude; she gave such an incredulous look when my wife commented that her glasses are much more expensive than others. When I got home, I called and went to Ithaca Eye Care (Dr. Boscia's office) and their eyewear department was literally night and day difference from Arleo's. Dr. Boscia's office never pushes customers to buy their eyewear, will refer to online or other options in Ithaca (whereas the Arleo lady only said Warby Parker, the expensive place, was "possibly OK") and will even check the glasses once they arrive from being ordered online -- absolutely for free! Arleo's eyewear department lady instead wants you to think that ordering online is scarier than a haunted house. I would switch to Ithaca Eye Care immediately.

  Doctors and nursing staff were friendly. However, they billed to an address that I hadn't lived at in over 20 years AFTER confirming my new address and phone number, sent it to collections because there was no response from me at the incorrect address, and then wouldn't work with me to remove it from collections and refused to see me after their mistake which will sit on my credit for 7 years.

  Just completed cataract surgeries on both eyes. All was well planned (step by step explanations), well done (20/20 distance vision!!) and the staff was informative, attentive and kind. Highly recommend and love Dr. Arleo!
