  Absolutely the best eye glasses experience i have ever had. I have been wearing eye glasses for 25 years and never had the experience i had at sterling. Eye exam was thorough but quick. The ladies that help pick out your glasses do an amazing job finding the pair that fir you best.

  In January I purchased a pair of glasses. One of the lens did not fit the frame but I was ok with it. Today I took up the glasses and both lens had fallen out. I thought the screws were loose so I took to Sterling only to find out the frame was broken. I did not have warranty so I ended up getting a new frame. If a frame can only last 6 months I will never go back to Sterling .

  My fiancé and I have been at this location a few times for eye exams and getting contacts, everyone is so welcoming and we always had a nice experience overall with the staffs help. Definitely recommend!

  Ms Erica and remaining staff was attentive and gave extraordinary Sevice to us. They asked us our needs and assisted us to the best of their abilities, truly went out of their way to assist me and my significant other. 👍🏽😃😃 Thank u to everyone Claudia

  My fiancé called the Islandia Sterling Optical to make sure that his insurance was accepted at this location, before making an appointment. He got specific details over the phone with someone, who happily told him that his insurance is accepted. However, when he arrived he was told that they didnt take his insurance, then when my fiancé explained that he spoke with someone the woman says Well I cant find it your insurance isnt coming up. I dont know who hires these people, but what a complete waste of time. My fiancé has a seizure disorder, and doesnt drive. So not only was it time wasted, it was money wasted as well! We live a few miles away not around the corner. We went to Walmart Optical so much easier!
