  I can’t say enough good things about this practice. I’m a new patient, haven’t been to the dentist in a while. They were all so welcoming, kind and helpful. Had some long overdue work done. Not a bit of pain. Truly wonderful dental practice.

  Excellent. As a new patient, I felt like an old friend. Dr. Diggin and Danielle were a gteat team. I was very pleased with the atmosphere. And the results of my my care.

  Dr. Jones and his staff made the entire experience easy and comfortable. Their professionalism and care helped put me at ease throughout the visit. I would highly recommend them to anyone who feels nervous or squeamish about going to the dentist.

  my patient visit was wonderful! However, I was made to feel uncomfortable when I called to be squeezed in because I had a dental emergency. They told me that the doctor would fit me in, but they were very, very busy. I was on the LIE coming from East to my appointment and it was the day of the LIRR strike so traffic was horrendous. When I called to say I would be about 15 minutes late they said politely that I could not come because the doctor was already squeezing me in. I totally understood and apologized and said I would call back for an appointment. I did so the next morning. Kept referring to the fact that I had missed my appointment. I explained what happened and she said it to other times! I was being squeezed in and I understood that, but to say I missed an appointment when I called to say I was running late and they could not fit me in made me feel like I was a second class citizen I believe this to be a management training issue of how a receptionist should speak to a patient who is in all truth, paying the Salary of everyone in that office! I am still coming to you because this is the first negative experience that I have had. However, if I am made to feel this way again, I will find another practice.

Even compared to well-known Madison Avenue dental practices in New York City, the level of care and expertise she delivers is unmatched. She makes every visit comfortable, informative, and comprehensive, with exceptional attention to detail. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the care I receive at Kalmar Dentistry. The entire team consistently delivers an outstanding patient experience, and I am grateful to have found such a skilled, caring, and dedicated dental practice.
